Bad smell usually starts in the toilet. And sometimes, this bad smell already becomes intolerable due to lack of home maintenance capabilities.
Now, there’s a lot of ways a homeowner can get rid of unpleasant odors especially in the bathroom at home. One may use air fresheners from do – it-yourself or DIY bathroom.
Below are a few of the tested bathroom scents you can try to make your bathroom smell fresh and make your home’s surroundings more attractive:
First is Reed Diffusers. Oil diffuser is a basic answer to bad odors that does not require heat or an open flame. You will need a vase, baby oil, essential oil, bamboo skewers or diffusing rattan sticks, and ribbon or washi tape.
What you need to do is fill your vase with essential oil. You can put as much essential oil as you want. Fill the remainder of the vase with baby oil. Place washi tape at the end of the skewer and fold over, for decoration purposes. Lastly, the oil will diffuse into the room up through the skewers.
Next that you can make are cinnamon stick candles. You need to have pillar candles that are at least 3 inches in diameter, cinnamon sticks, floral shears, glue gun, and dish or coaster.
You can also try baking soda which is not only helpful in making the refrigerator fresh but your room to smell new as well.
There’s still plenty of do – it-yourself or DIY bathroom scents to create. You just need to look for the best that suits your taste.
